PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
For more than 20 years, he has been providing legal assistance to national and international clients, specially in infraestructure projects relating to energy, highways, railways, ports e terminals, urban mobility, mining, gas & oil.
He worked in Michelin’s legal team for 3 years. Also worked as legal manager of Sepetiba Tecon (CSN – Cia Siderúrgica Nacional’s container terminal) for 5 years, After that, worked for more than 10 years as partner in Brazilian big Law Firms (Machado Meyer Law Firm and Schmidt Valois Law Firm).
In February 2014, inorporated his own Law Firm (Kfuri Advogados).
EDUCATION
Master in International Relations – graduated in 1999 by Internacional Relations Institute – Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (“PUC”). Graduated in Law in1994 by University o the State of Rio de Janeiro (“UERJ”).
ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
Master thesis: “The services provision and the new role of the governmental entities due to globalization: the caso fo Sepetiba Port”.

Portuguese, English and Spanish.

- Member of Fiscal Council of two gas distribution concessionaires.
- Member of the Infraestructure Counsil of the Brazilian Bar Association – section Rio de Janeiro, since 2013.
